SPECIAL NOTE:  Some of the statute compilations available on this site have been removed because certain sections in the compilations were amended in 2009 and have not been updated yet by the Department.  Please use the Connecticut General Assembly site for the official online version of the statutes updated to January 1, 2009.  To determine if a law was amended during the regular session or any special session of the 2009 General Assembly, use the General Assembly site's Advanced Legislation Document Search tool.

1. For “Text contains the phrase”, enter the section number for which you are trying to obtain updates.
2.
For “Year”, enter 2009.
3.  For “In database(s)”, click on Public Acts (1988 -2009).
4.  Click on Search.
5.  Review the hit results to determine if the section was actually amended or only referenced within the context of another statute.

The compilations linked above have been prepared by the Connecticut Department of Banking and are available for free download. They are not intended to be a substitute for the official General Statutes of Connecticut or the official Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies, published by authority of the Commission on Official Legal Publications, and should not be relied upon as such. The compilations are intended to provide industry and its representatives with an up-to-date version of the laws within the jurisdiction of the Banking Commissioner contained in Volume 10 of the Connecticut General Statutes, certain other relevant laws found elsewhere within the Connecticut General Statutes and of the regulations adopted by the Banking Commissioner. You may also view and search the complete text of the Connecticut General Statutes online at the Connecticut General Assembly.

Official copies of the General Statutes of Connecticut, available either as individual volumes or a 16-volume set, the 2008 Supplement to the General Statutes and copies of Connecticut Public and Special Acts may be purchased from the Secretary of the State's Office.

An official copy of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies may be purchased from the Commission on Official Legal Publications.
